The hotel offers a slightly more upscale experience than usual and is located in the lovely town of Cookham with numerous great pubs nearby. The guests are very interesting and provide a great opportunity for social interaction. The rooms could be a bit bigger considering the value, but overall, it's a decent place to stay. However, the rooms were a bit small and only had a window.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, offering a warm welcome from reception to all areas of service. The dining experience is good, with quick restocking of supplies ensuring everything is fresh. However, the location may be more suited for business trips than romantic getaways due to its busy surroundings, and the stay might be considered a bit pricey for the size of the room.
The hotel was perfectly located for my meeting at the Odney Club, nestled in a lovely village with well-maintained grounds and charming hanging baskets. The rooms were excellent, larger than average, and fully equipped with all necessities. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff always ready to assist, like Marco at Reception. However, the dining experience was lackluster, and the location, although lovely, was challenging to find. Overall, a pleasant stay with great rooms and service.
